Terms & Conditions - 3DV Design Studio

1. General Terms

• All drawings, concepts, layouts, 3D renders, mood boards, designs, and project documents created by 3DV Design Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Project quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and may be subject to revision based on material availability and market conditions.
• Any modifications requested after design approval may incur additional charges and impact project timelines.
• All official communication should be made through approved email addresses, WhatsApp, or designated project coordinators.
• 3DV Design Studio reserves the right to update policies, services, pricing, and procedures without prior notice.

2. Payments & Milestones

• Initial Design Advance: 20% of the estimated project value is payable before commencement of design work.
• Design Approval Stage: 30% payment is due upon approval of layouts, concepts, and 3D visualizations.
• Execution Stage: 40% payment is required before procurement and site execution.
• Project Completion: Remaining 10% must be cleared before final handover.
• Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of work until dues are settled.

3. Design & Execution

• The client must provide accurate site measurements, approvals, and necessary access to the project location.
• Material colors, textures, laminates, veneers, and finishes may have slight variations due to manufacturing differences.
• 3DV Design Studio will make every effort to match approved designs, but minor variations may occur during execution.
• Project timelines are subject to site readiness, client approvals, vendor availability, and external circumstances beyond our control.

4. Warranty & Support

• Warranty coverage applies only to materials and products supplied by 3DV Design Studio and according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Physical damage, misuse, water leakage, electrical faults, pest infestation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
• Warranty periods vary depending on materials, products, and suppliers.
• Support requests will be attended during standard business hours.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Design consultation charges and completed design work are non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled after design approval, charges for completed work, procured materials, and vendor commitments will be deducted.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-30 working days.
• Custom-made furniture, fabricated products, and made-to-order materials cannot be cancelled once production begins.

6. Liability

3DV Design Studio shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, labor shortages, supplier delays, site access issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our liability shall be limited to the value of services directly provided under the project agreement.
